A multilingual, multicultural business community created by people living in Japan.
Our Vision
KokoLink is a project in which multilingual staff and Japanese members work together to provide services that embrace linguistic and cultural diversity, while supporting side jobs and new work opportunities for people living in Japan.
Our starting point was an unforgettable experience working with a Chinese performing arts troupe composed of people with disabilities. From that collaboration, we learned that even across differences in language, culture, or physical ability, people can cooperate joyfully. KokoLink was born from the wish to create such a place of collaboration here in Japan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I join even if my Japanese isn’t very strong?
A. Yes, you can. Shop operations can be done in your mother tongue. Communication and meetings are supported in Japanese or English.
Q. Do I have to handle inventory or shipping?
A. It depends on the product, but in most cases, operations are handled on the Japan side, so you don’t need to worry.
Q. How are payments made?
A. Payments are made as a contractor fee, based on an agreed percentage of sales performance.
Q. Do you export or sell products overseas?
A. As a general rule, we do not. (We do not restrict individuals from sending items to their home country personally.) In the future, if suitable products and logistics systems are established, we may consider expanding to overseas sales.
